Arlon offers pressure-sensitive cast and calendered vinyl films, digital print media, vehicle wrap films, overlaminates, cut graphic films, and specialty adhesive films for commercial graphics production. The line includes SLX® cast wrap films, DPF printable films, Series overlaminates, high-tack films, wall and floor graphic films, and application-focused adhesive technologies for wide-format printing, fleet graphics, vehicle wraps, decals, signs, and specialty surface applications. Arlon identifies its core product lane as cast and calendered vinyl films for visual graphics applications.
SLX® Cast Wrap covers full and partial vehicle wraps, vehicle decals, and fleet graphics, with FLITE Technology® providing repositionability, air-egress, clean removability, and bond strength for deep channels, complex curves, and rivets. DPF printable films cover decals, general signage, wall graphics, window graphics, fleet markings, and wide-format print work. Series overlaminates protect printed graphics and control the final gloss, matte, satin, or specialty finish. High-tack and specialty films cover rougher surfaces, difficult substrates, floor graphics, wall applications, and production jobs that need stronger adhesive performance.
Arlon films separate by film construction, adhesive technology, liner system, surface type, print method, finish, durability, and installation demand. Cast wrap films handle vehicle contours, channels, rivets, and long-term outdoor graphics. Calendered films cover flat and simple-curve signage, decals, wall graphics, and general commercial applications. Overlaminates add print protection, surface finish control, UV resistance, and handling durability. High-tack and specialty films define the install by adhesive strength, surface texture, environmental exposure, and the bond required for the finished graphic.
