Arlon® DPF 6000XRP Premium Cast Print Film with X-Scape® is a high-performance printable vinyl engineered for vehicle wraps and complex surface applications requiring maximum conformability and long-term durability. This premium cast film is designed for full and partial wraps, fleet graphics, and large-format applications where installation efficiency and performance on curves, rivets, and channels are critical.
This material features a 2 mil cast PVC construction with a gloss white printable surface and a tinted, repositionable permanent adhesive utilizing X-Scape Technology®, allowing for bubble-free installation with excellent slideability and clean removal. The adhesive system provides strong opacity while maintaining ease of installation, and the cast facestock delivers superior conformability over curves, contours, rivets, and corrugated surfaces. DPF 6000XRP is compatible with a wide range of print systems and offers up to 10 years outdoor durability (unprinted), making it suitable for demanding long-term applications.
DPF 6000XRP is commonly used for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, wall graphics, and large-format commercial applications, and is typically paired with Arlon Series 3200, 3210, 3220, 3270, or 3310 overlaminates to enhance durability, protection, and finish consistency for extended outdoor performance.
