Primex
Primex offers extruded plastic sheet and roll stock for signage, display, printing, thermoforming, fabrication, packaging, and industrial applications. The product range includes HIPS, Prime Ultra-HIPS™, Prime ReCycle™ PCR polystyrene, styrene, ABS, HDPE, polyethylene, polypropylene, PETG, and custom plastic sheet materials built around printability, formability, sheet strength, impact resistance, surface texture, and production requirements. Primex identifies its core product lane as custom extruded plastic sheet and roll products for thermoforming, fabrication, and printing.
Primex HIPS and printable polystyrene sheets cover POP displays, signs, retail graphics, screen printing, digital printing, thermoformed parts, packaging, and fabricated display components. Prime Ultra-HIPS™ covers applications that need improved impact performance or environmental stress crack resistance. Prime ReCycle™ PCR polystyrene covers printable and thermoformable sheet or roll applications using recycled-content material. ABS, HDPE, polypropylene, PETG, and polyethylene sheets cover fabricated parts, formed components, industrial panels, protective products, and custom plastic applications where material strength, flexibility, chemical resistance, or forming behavior changes the job.
Primex materials separate by resin type, sheet thickness, surface finish, impact resistance, print method, formability, chemical resistance, rigidity, and fabrication process. HIPS handles printable signs, POP graphics, displays, and thermoformed parts with a balance of stiffness, impact resistance, and cost control. ABS adds stronger impact performance and formed-part durability. HDPE and polyethylene define the job through flexibility, toughness, and chemical resistance. PETG gives formed and fabricated parts a clearer, tougher plastic option where visibility and impact performance both matter.
