Ultraboard

UltraBoard offers rigid foam-core display panels used in signage, mounting, digital printing, retail displays, exhibits, and graphic presentation work. Manufactured by United Industries, UltraBoard products are designed for professional visual communication applications where a panel needs to stay lightweight while providing more rigidity, durability, and finished surface quality than standard foam board. Product options include paper-faced foam boards, polystyrene-faced boards, PVC-faced panels, mounting boards, and specialty foam-core constructions for different production and display requirements.

For sign shops, printers, display builders, photographers, and fabricators, UltraBoard products are used for POP displays, retail signage, exhibit graphics, presentation boards, photo mounting, dimensional displays, routed letters, temporary signs, menu boards, and interior display panels. Depending on the product line, UltraBoard may support digital printing, screen printing, vinyl application, painting, routing, die cutting, drag-knife cutting, photo mounting, and other common shop processes. UltraBoard Classic is built around a polystyrene foam core with rigid polystyrene facers, while UltraBoard Plus adds PVC facers for applications that require greater rigidity, moisture resistance, and long-term display performance.

UltraBoard occupies the space between lightweight foam board and heavier rigid substrates.
