UltraBoard® Aluminum Composite Panel — 48" x 96" is a lightweight structural panel designed for applications requiring rigidity, durability, and a real metal surface appearance without the weight and cost of solid aluminum.

This panel features a polystyrene foam core bonded to a 0.016" anodized aluminum face on one side and a high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) backing on the other, creating a strong, stable composite structure. The aluminum face provides a clean, metallic finish suitable for decorative and professional applications, while the foam core keeps the panel lightweight and easy to handle. Compared to solid metal, UltraBoard Aluminum™ is significantly easier to cut, route, and fabricate, making it ideal for custom projects.
