Arlon® 3200 Premium Cast Optically Clear Overlaminate is a high-performance protective film designed for window graphics and transparent applications requiring maximum clarity and durability. This cast overlaminate is commonly used for window films, perforated window graphics, and reflective wraps where optical clarity and long-term performance are critical.
This material features a 2 mil (50 micron) cast vinyl construction with an optically clear permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive, ensuring minimal distortion and excellent transparency when applied to glass or clear substrates. The cast construction provides superior conformability and dimensional stability, while integrated UV inhibitors help protect against fading and environmental exposure, extending the life of printed graphics by up to 2 additional years, with an overall outdoor durability of up to 7 years (unprinted). It is designed for cold lamination (no heat required) and performs exceptionally well on perforated window films, transparent graphics, and reflective surfaces.
