Arlon® 2400 Reflective Vinyl is a high-performance reflective film designed for graphics requiring visibility, durability, and conformability. This reflective vinyl is commonly used for fleet graphics, safety markings, and signage where nighttime visibility and long-term outdoor performance are essential.
This material features a 5.3 mil (135 micron) reflective face film with a gloss finish and a permanent clear pressure-sensitive adhesive, providing strong adhesion and consistent performance across a variety of surfaces. The film is engineered for exceptional flexibility and conformability, allowing it to adapt to irregular surfaces, curves, and contours while maintaining consistent reflectivity. It offers excellent cutting and weedability, making it suitable for detailed graphics and production workflows. The reflectivity meets Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, ensuring reliable visibility for safety and fleet applications. A lay-flat polycoated liner supports smooth handling and installation.
