Arlon® DPF 4600GLX High Performance Print Film with X-Scape Technology® is a high-performance printable calendered vinyl film designed for intermediate-term signage, vehicle graphics, and multipurpose display applications.
This material features a 3.2 mil (80 micron) high-performance calendered PVC construction combined with a tinted, repositionable light gray pressure-sensitive adhesive that provides strong opacity and clean removability. The gray adhesive helps cover underlying graphics or darker substrates while still allowing installers to reposition the film during application. The material incorporates Low Profile X-Scape Technology®, which allows trapped air to escape through micro air channels for a faster, bubble-free installation while maintaining a smooth printable surface without visible air channel patterns. The film is available in gloss or matte finishes and offers up to 7 years of outdoor durability (unprinted).
DPF 4600GLX is commonly used for intermediate interior and exterior signage, promotional graphics, partial vehicle wraps on flat or simple curves, and short-term floor graphics. For added durability and graphic protection, it is typically paired with compatible Arlon overlaminates such as Series 3170, 3210, 3220, 3410, or 3420, depending on the application and desired finish.
