Arlon® DPF 8200 Industrial Grade Film for Outdoor Wall & Low Surface Energy Substrates is a printable calendared vinyl film designed for demanding surfaces such as outdoor walls and low surface energy substrates. This film is engineered for graphics applied to materials that are typically difficult for standard vinyl films to bond to.
This material features 3.5 mil (90 micron) high-tensile PVC film construction combined with an aggressive permanent pressure-sensitive high-tack adhesive designed to adhere to challenging surfaces. The film is manufactured with 100% engineering-grade facestock and a polycoated lay-flat liner that improves dimensional stability and supports consistent printing and converting performance. The adhesive system is engineered to bond effectively to brick, tile, concrete, polypropylene, polyethylene, and powder-coated paints, while minimizing shrinkage during installation. The satin white surface supports vibrant graphics and reliable performance across a wide range of digital printing systems.
This film is commonly used for outdoor wall graphics, industrial markings, and graphics applied to low surface energy plastics.
