Arlon® 3310 Non-PVC Gloss Overlaminate — 54" x 50yd is a premium polyurethane protective film designed for extended-life graphics requiring high clarity, flexibility, and long-term durability. This non-PVC overlaminate is commonly used for fleet graphics, vehicle wraps, and high-performance signage where conformability and environmental resistance are critical.
This material features a 38 micron polyurethane film construction with a clear permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive, delivering superior conformability over curves, rivets, and complex surfaces while maintaining excellent optical clarity. As a non-PVC film, it provides improved clarity compared to traditional vinyl overlaminates while offering enhanced durability and UV protection. It is rated for up to 10 years outdoor durability (vertical exposure), with horizontal exposure performance varying by climate zone. Designed for cold lamination (no heat required), it performs well over digitally printed PVC media and flexible substrates, making it ideal for demanding wrap and fleet applications.
