Arlon® 2100 Cast Opaque Vinyl is a premium cast vinyl designed for long-term outdoor graphics and high-performance applications, offering exceptional conformability and durability.

This film features a 2-mil (50 micron) cast construction with an advanced adhesive system engineered to perform on a wide range of substrates, including painted metal, rigid sign faces, and banners. It delivers excellent flexibility and softness over time, allowing it to conform easily to rivets, corrugations, and deep channel structures, making it ideal for complex surfaces such as vans and dimensional signage. The material resists cracking, embrittlement, and crazing, and performs well in multi-layered graphic applications. It is available in 67 vibrant colors and is optimized for cut graphics (not intended for digital printing), with clean cutting and weeding characteristics.

Arlon Series 2100 is commonly used for vehicle graphics, fleet markings, signage, decals, and long-term outdoor applications, offering durability of up to 10 years for black and white, 8 years for colors, and 6 years for metallic finishes.
