SciGrip® Weld-On® #31 Adhesive is a medium-speed structural adhesive designed for bonding plastics and dissimilar materials in fabrication and assembly applications requiring strength, durability, and gap-filling capability. This two-component adhesive is commonly used for signage, displays, and industrial assemblies where reliable structural bonding is critical.
This material features a two-component reactive acrylic adhesive system (10:1 mix ratio) that cures at room temperature, forming a high-strength bond within minutes. It offers excellent impact and fatigue resistance, along with gap-filling capabilities, allowing it to bond uneven or imperfect surfaces effectively. Weld-On® 31 also provides strong resistance to chemicals, corrosion, and environmental exposure, maintaining performance across a wide temperature range from approximately -40°F to 180°F.
