Contra Vision® 3100 3.15-mil Gloss Calendered Laminating Film — 54" x 55yd is an economy overlaminate designed for protecting digitally printed graphics requiring basic durability and cost-effective performance. This monomeric calendered laminate is commonly used for indoor signage and short-term outdoor applications where flexibility and long-term conformability are not critical.
This material features an 80 micron (3.15 mil) monomeric calendered PVC construction with a gloss finish and a solvent-based permanent acrylic adhesive, providing reliable adhesion and surface protection against light abrasion and environmental exposure while enhancing color vibrancy. As a monomeric film, it may exhibit 1–2% shrinkage over time, making it best suited for flat surfaces and short-term use. The film is supplied with a PE-coated, silicone-treated liner (100 gsm / 64 lb) for stable handling and consistent lamination performance.
3100 laminate is commonly used for indoor graphics, promotional signage, and short-term outdoor prints where economical protection and a high-gloss finish are desired.
