Vidon Jewelite® PSA Trim Cap is a pre-adhered channel letter trim designed for attaching acrylic or polycarbonate sign faces to dimensional letters and illuminated sign cabinets. This trim cap is commonly used in channel letter fabrication where faster assembly, clean edge finishing, and consistent face alignment are important.
This product features a flexible trim cap profile with a pre-applied pressure-sensitive adhesive, helping hold the sign face in position while reducing the need to apply a separate bonding adhesive during initial assembly. The trim forms around letter shapes and curved edges to create a clean, professional border while helping secure and protect the edge of the plastic face. Jewelite® PSA is available in standard configurations, while Jewelite® Pro PSA provides increased flexibility and workability for tighter curves, detailed letter shapes, and high-volume channel letter production. Pro PSA versions feature 3M™ VHB™ tape for strong, consistent attachment.
Vidon Jewelite® trim cap is manufactured for indoor and outdoor dimensional signage and is available in multiple colors and widths. The material is designed to resist fading, cracking, and peeling while maintaining a consistent finished appearance around acrylic and polycarbonate sign faces.
