ORATAPE® MT80P Application Tape is a premium transfer tape designed for clean, accurate application of cut vinyl lettering and contour-cut printed graphics. This application tape is commonly used for pre-masking graphics, aligning multi-layer designs, and transferring vinyl decals with precision.
This material features a transparent film construction with a specially formulated adhesive engineered to work cohesively with ORAFOL vinyl products, including those with RapidAir® release liners. The adhesive allows graphics to remain pre-masked for extended periods (over 6 months) without edge curling or adhesive failure. The clear construction enables precise alignment, while the siliconized glassine liner with printed grid pattern improves cutting accuracy and handling during production. It is well suited for use with laminators when pre-masking larger graphics and ensures smooth, controlled transfer during installation.
ORATAPE® MT80P is commonly used for vinyl lettering, contour-cut graphics, layered decals, and large-format applications where visibility, alignment, and long-term pre-masking performance are required.
