ORALITE® 6700 Engineering Grade Prismatic Reflective Film is a high-performance reflective sheeting designed for traffic control, guidance, warning, and information signage, delivering reliable visibility for long-term outdoor applications.
This material features a microprismatic reflective construction, using sealed air cells that provide enhanced retroreflectivity through total internal reflection, improving visibility in low-light and nighttime conditions. It is built with a durable, weatherproof acrylic structure and a clear solvent polyacrylate permanent adhesive, offering strong adhesion to metal sign substrates such as aluminum. The film is highly resistant to corrosion, solvents, and environmental exposure, and is engineered for long-term vertical outdoor use, with up to 7 years durability.
ORALITE® 6700 meets or exceeds ASTM D4956 Type I specifications and is compatible with screen and UV printing processes, making it suitable for regulated traffic signage and reflective marking applications. It is available in 7 standard colors and is primarily designed for use on flat surfaces in professional sign production.
