ORACAL® 6510 Fluorescent Cast Vinyl Orange — 48" x 50yd is a high-visibility cut vinyl designed for short-term signage and graphic applications requiring maximum visual impact. This fluorescent cast film is commonly used for decals, safety graphics, and promotional signage where brightness and visibility are critical.
This material features a 4 mil cast PVC construction with a fluorescent orange (037) finish and a clear solvent-based permanent adhesive, providing strong adhesion and excellent performance for plotter-cut graphics. The fluorescent pigments deliver exceptional brightness in daylight, twilight, and low-visibility conditions, making it ideal for attention-grabbing applications. ORACAL® 6510 offers excellent cutting and weeding performance and is suitable for flat and slightly curved surfaces, with an outdoor durability of approximately 1 year for most colors.
