ORALITE® 5300 Commercial Grade Reflective Film is an economical reflective vinyl designed for short- to medium-term traffic, guidance, and general signage applications, providing reliable visibility at a cost-effective price point.
This material features a 3.5 mil glass bead reflective construction with a clear solvent-based permanent adhesive, offering consistent retroreflectivity for applications where moderate reflectivity is sufficient. Engineered for durability, it provides up to 7 years of outdoor performance and maintains resistance to weathering, corrosion, and environmental exposure. The film is suitable for use on flat, rigid substrates such as aluminum, and is compatible with screen printing and thermal transfer processes, making it ideal for standard sign production workflows.
ORALITE® 5300 meets ASTM D4956 Type I specifications and is commonly used for traffic signs, guidance and information signs, reflective lettering, numbers, and symbols, offering a dependable solution for projects that do not require high-intensity or prismatic reflective performance.
