ORACAL® 3971RA High Performance Cast Non-PVC Wrap Film with ProSlide™ — 54" x 50yd is a premium printable wrap film engineered for long-term vehicle graphics and complex surface applications requiring maximum durability and conformability. This advanced cast polyurethane film is designed for full wraps, fleet graphics, and demanding environments where performance and longevity are critical.

This material features a 2 mil cast polyurethane (PU) construction (PVC-free) with a gloss white printable surface and a grey solvent-based repositionable adhesive utilizing RapidAir® + ProSlide® technology, allowing for bubble-free installation with enhanced slideability and low initial tack. The polyurethane construction provides superior conformability over deep curves, channels, rivets, and complex surfaces, along with improved abrasion resistance and long-term durability compared to traditional PVC films. ORAJET® 3971RA + ProSlide® is compatible with latex, solvent, eco-solvent, and UV printing and delivers up to 10 years outdoor durability (unprinted).

ORAJET® 3971RA + ProSlide® is commonly used for full vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, marine applications, and long-term outdoor signage, and is typically paired with ORAGUARD® 279 or 279SG polyurethane laminates to maintain a fully non-PVC system and maximize durability and finish consistency.
