ORAJET® 3165RA Matte Soft Calendered Print Film with RapidAir® — 54" x 50yd is a versatile printable vinyl designed for short- to medium-term indoor and outdoor graphics, offering easy installation and reliable print performance.
This film features a 4 mil soft calendered PVC construction with a grey water-based permanent adhesive and integrated RapidAir® air-egress technology, allowing for faster, bubble-free application on flat surfaces. The matte white printable surface delivers consistent image quality across solvent, eco-solvent, UV, and latex printing systems, while the grey adhesive improves opacity on darker substrates. Engineered for efficiency, it provides up to 4 years durability (unprinted) and is ideal for applications where ease of installation is important.
ORAJET® 3165RA is commonly used for general signage, decals, nameplates, die-cut graphics, and POP displays, and can be paired with ORAGUARD® 200 or 210 laminates for added durability and protection. It is intended for flat surfaces only and is not recommended for vehicle wraps or complex curves.
