ORAJET® 1917 Water-Based Inkjet Print Film — 48" x 21yd is a versatile printable vinyl designed for large-format aqueous (water-based) inkjet printing, offering excellent image quality and broad compatibility across multiple print systems.
This film features a 5.5 mil PVC construction with an ultra-matte white printable surface, delivering glare-free, photorealistic output ideal for high-resolution graphics. It is equipped with a clear solvent-based permanent adhesive, providing strong adhesion and allowing for both dry and wet application methods. The specialized topcoat supports a wide range of ink technologies, including water-based (dye and pigment), latex, solvent, eco-solvent, and thermal inkjet systems, making it a flexible solution across different printing environments. The material conforms well to flat surfaces and simple curves, offering reliable performance for general-purpose applications.
ORAJET® 1917 is commonly used for photographic prints, window signage, POP retail graphics, decals, labels, artwork, and maps, and can be paired with ORAGUARD® 200, 210, or 236 laminates to enhance durability and protection for indoor and short-term outdoor use.
