ORACAL® 970RA Premium Cast Wrap Film is a high-performance cast PVC wrap film designed for full and partial vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and long-term automotive restyling applications. This film is engineered to deliver a paint-like finish and is specifically developed for use on vehicles, including surfaces with curves, rivets, and corrugations.
This material features 4.25 mil multi-layered cast PVC construction with RapidAir® technology for faster, easier, bubble-free installation. It uses a grey, solvent-based, repositionable permanent adhesive that can be removed with heat with little or no adhesive residue for up to four years. The film also uses an 88#/89# PE-coated silicone paper liner with advanced air release technology and is known for its non-directional finish, which helps maintain visual consistency during installation regardless of panel orientation. ORAFOL lists it for up to 10 years durability and notes that it does not require overlaminate for standard wrap use.
