Gilman Brothers® Eaglecell All-Paper Honeycomb Graphics Board is a lightweight, eco-friendly graphics board designed as a sustainable alternative to plastic, metal, and wood substrates used in signage and display applications. Constructed entirely from paper materials, Eaglecell® features a 100% recyclable honeycomb core and paper surface liners, making it compatible with standard recycling programs.
The board uses a proprietary honeycomb core structure with approximately 95% open space, providing exceptional strength while remaining extremely lightweight. This structure delivers I-beam-like rigidity, strength, and warp resistance, allowing the panel to maintain structural integrity across a variety of display and signage uses.
Eaglecell® panels are surfaced with triple-thick bright white clay-coated liners, delivering a smooth printable surface that enhances ink reception and color reproduction. The kraft-colored honeycomb core is bonded to bright white SFI-certified surface papers, ensuring both durability and sustainability.
The board is also engineered for superior cutting performance on ZÜND digital cutting systems, allowing clean, accurate finishing during production.
