General Formulations® GFC885AE RoughMark™ Cast 2-mil Gloss White Cast Wrap is a 2.0 mil high gloss white cast vinyl film engineered for graphics applied to rough and textured surfaces such as brick, block, and concrete. The cast construction provides excellent conformability while maintaining durability for challenging installation environments.

The film features a high-tack removable (HTR) solvent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive designed to aggressively bond to textured substrates while still allowing clean removal without adhesive residue. This specialized adhesive system enables strong adhesion across uneven surfaces while maintaining removability.

GF 885AE is supplied on a 90# air-egress layflat liner, allowing trapped air to escape during installation for smoother, bubble-free application. The liner also provides strong dimensional stability during printing and processing.

The material accepts solvent-based, eco-solvent, latex, and UV-curable inks commonly used in wide format digital printing systems. For UV-curable inks, it is recommended to consult the ink manufacturer regarding ink flexibility to ensure compatibility with the film’s conformable performance.
