General Formulations® GFC780 DragonWrap™ 5.6-mil Polymeric Black Carbon Fiber is a 5.6 mil polymeric calendared vinyl film designed for decorative wraps, automotive graphics, and textured specialty applications. The film features a carbon fiber pattern finish, giving graphics and wrapped surfaces a distinctive high-performance look.

The vinyl uses a repositionable permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that provides a low initial tack for easier alignment during installation while developing a strong permanent bond over time. This allows installers to reposition graphics as needed before final adhesion. The material is mounted on a 90# air-egress liner, allowing trapped air to escape during installation for smooth, bubble-free application.

GF 780 offers excellent dimensional stability, durability, and outdoor performance, making it suitable for both decorative and functional wrap applications. The film can also be printed using solvent, eco-solvent, and UV-curable digital inks, allowing custom graphics to be incorporated into the textured carbon fiber appearance.
