General Formulations® GFC285 RoughMark™ 3.5-mil Matte White Opaque Conformable Wall Vinyl is a 3.5 mil polymeric vinyl film engineered for graphics on textured and difficult surfaces such as brick, concrete block, and rough walls. The matte white opaque finish provides a clean printable surface for high-quality graphics while helping hide the underlying substrate.
The film features a high-tack removable (HTR) solvent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive specifically designed to grip aggressively to rough or textured surfaces while still allowing clean removal without adhesive residue. This thick adhesive layer enables the film to conform into surface texture while maintaining strong adhesion.
GF 285 is supplied on a 90# layflat liner, providing excellent dimensional stability during printing, cutting, and installation. The film accepts solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV-curable inks commonly used in wide format digital printing systems. For UV-curable inks, consult the ink manufacturer regarding flexibility requirements to ensure proper performance on textured surfaces.
