General Formulations® GFC277 MetroGrafix™ 4-mil Matte White Opaque Conformable Vinyl is a 4.0 mil polymeric conformable vinyl designed for transit graphics and demanding large-format applications. The matte white opaque surface provides excellent print quality while helping block underlying graphics, making it ideal for use over existing wraps or signage.

The film features a high-tack removable solvent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive engineered for short- to medium-term transit bus wrap applications. This adhesive system provides strong adhesion while still allowing removal when the graphic lifecycle ends. Its conformable polymeric construction allows the vinyl to adapt to simple and compound curved surfaces, making it suitable for complex vehicle surfaces.

GF 277 is compatible with solvent, latex, UV-curable, and UV solvent screen inks commonly used in wide format digital printing systems. The material is supplied on a 90# layflat logo liner, which helps maintain dimensional stability during printing and provides easy identification for printers and installers.

MetroGrafix™ offers excellent opacity, allowing installers to apply graphics directly over existing bus graphics or colored surfaces without show-through. The product is approved by OUTFRONT Media for train wraps, making it suitable for transit advertising applications.
