General Formulations® GFC219 6-mil Gloss Clear Semi-Rigid Vinyl is a 6.0 mil premium gloss clear calendared vinyl designed for removable printed graphics and decals. The clear film provides a transparent printable surface ideal for applications where the underlying substrate or design elements need to remain visible.
The material features a low-tack removable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that provides secure adhesion while allowing the graphic to be repositioned during installation. The adhesive’s low initial tack helps simplify alignment and application, and the film removes cleanly from most smooth, hard surfaces when the graphic is no longer needed.
GF NFD 219 is top-coated with a cross-platform coating compatible with a wide range of narrow format digital printing presses, allowing it to accept high-quality printed graphics across multiple printing systems. The vinyl is supplied with a 90# polycoated layflat liner, helping maintain dimensional stability and consistent handling in varying ambient conditions.
