General Formulations® GFC204 3-mil Gloss White Vinyl is a 3.4 mil polymeric gloss white calendared vinyl film designed for high-quality removable graphics, decals, and signage applications. The gloss white surface provides an excellent printable base for producing vibrant graphics with strong visual impact.
GF 204 is coated with a clear low-tack removable acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that forms a reliable bond to a variety of common graphic substrates while still allowing the graphic to be removed cleanly at the end of its service life. This balance of adhesion and removability makes it ideal for temporary or changeable graphic installations.
The film is laminated to a 90# layflat liner, which provides excellent dimensional stability during printing, cutting, and installation. GF 204 accepts solvent-based, eco-solvent, latex, and UV-curable inks commonly used in wide format digital printing systems.
GF 204 is commonly used for removable decals, window graphics, promotional signage, and short- to medium-term graphic applications where clean removability and professional print quality are required.
