General Formulations® GFC203OPAE 3-mil Gloss White Opaque Vinyl is a 3.0 mil polymeric gloss white flexible calendared vinyl film engineered for high-quality graphics, signage, and decal applications requiring strong opacity and easy installation. The gloss white surface provides an excellent printable base for producing vibrant graphics with professional finish and durability.
GF 203OPAE is coated with a grey permanent solvent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that offers excellent opacity to help prevent show-through when applied to darker or complex surfaces. This adhesive system forms a strong permanent bond to a wide range of substrates commonly used in graphic installations.
The film is supplied on a 90# air-egress layflat liner, allowing trapped air to escape during installation for smoother, bubble-free applications. The liner also provides excellent dimensional stability during printing, handling, and installation of large format graphics.
GF 203OPAE is compatible with solvent-based inkjet and UV-curable inks commonly used in wide format digital printing systems, making it suitable for professional print production environments.
