General Formulations® GFC203HTAP 3-mil Gloss White High-Tack Vinyl is a 3.0 mil polymeric gloss white calendared vinyl film designed for graphics and signage applications that require strong, permanent adhesion across a variety of substrates. The gloss white surface provides an excellent printable base for producing vibrant, high-quality graphics.
GF 203HTAP is coated with a clear acrylic high-tack permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive (HTAP) that delivers strong bonding performance on many common signage and fabrication materials. The adhesive is engineered to adhere securely to substrates such as metals, painted metals, smooth wood, plywood, primed MDO board, vinyl, ABS, styrene, polyester, polycarbonate, and smooth polyolefins.
The film is supplied on a 90# layflat liner, which provides excellent dimensional stability during printing, cutting, and installation. GF 203HTAP accepts solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV-curable inks commonly used in wide format digital printing systems.
This material is well suited for general signage, decals, point-of-purchase displays, and graphics applied to difficult or low-energy surfaces where dependable high-tack adhesion is required.
