General Formulations® GFC201OP 3.4-mil Matte White Opaque Vinyl is a 3.4 mil polymeric matte white flexible calendared PVC film designed for high-quality signage, decals, and graphic applications requiring strong opacity and dependable adhesion. The matte surface reduces glare while providing an excellent printable base for producing professional graphics.
GF 201OP is coated with a grey solvent permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive that enhances opacity and helps prevent show-through when applied to darker or complex surfaces. This adhesive system creates a strong permanent bond to a wide range of common substrates used in graphic installations.
The film is laminated to a 90# layflat liner, providing excellent dimensional stability during printing, cutting, and installation. GF 201OP accepts solvent-based, eco-solvent, latex, and UV-curable inks commonly used in wide format digital printing systems.
This material is commonly used for signage, decals, window graphics, and point-of-purchase displays where printable matte vinyl with opaque adhesive and permanent adhesion is required.
