General Formulations® GFC201HTAPAE 3.4-mil Matte White High-Tack Air Egress Vinyl is a 3.4 mil polymeric matte white calendared vinyl film designed for graphics and signage applications that require strong adhesion and easy installation. The matte finish reduces glare while providing an excellent printable surface for high-quality graphics.
GF 201HTAPAE is coated with a clear acrylic high-tack permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive (HTAP) engineered to bond securely to a wide range of substrates. The adhesive performs well on materials such as metals, painted metals, smooth wood, plywood, primed MDO board, vinyl, ABS, styrene, polyester, polycarbonate, and smooth polyolefins, making it suitable for demanding signage and fabrication applications.
The film is supplied on a 90# air-egress (AE) layflat liner, allowing trapped air to escape during installation for smoother, bubble-free application of large format graphics. The liner also provides excellent dimensional stability during printing and handling.
GF 201HTAPAE accepts solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV-curable inks commonly used in wide format digital printing systems.
