General Formulations® GFC107 1.5-mil White Opaque Print Mounting Film is a 1.5 mil double-coated pressure-sensitive mounting film designed for bonding printed graphics, thin films, and paper-based media to rigid substrates. The film features an opaque white polypropylene carrier, making it ideal for mounting applications where additional opacity is required to block show-through from the substrate or graphic beneath.
GF 107 is coated with high-tack permanent acrylic adhesive on both sides, providing strong bonding performance for a wide variety of mounting and graphic assembly applications. The double-coated construction allows graphics to be securely mounted while maintaining consistent adhesion across both surfaces.
This mounting film is self-wound on a 4.5 mil white 76# paper liner, which protects the adhesive during handling and helps provide stable processing during lamination. The opaque polypropylene film also adds durability and improved handling compared to clear mounting films, making it suitable for professional graphic production environments.
GF 107 is designed for use with cold laminating processes, allowing installers to mount graphics without the use of heat. This helps prevent distortion or damage to delicate print materials while ensuring smooth and reliable mounting results.
