General Formulations® GFC100 High Gloss Overlaminating Film is a 3.0 mil gloss clear pressure-sensitive vinyl laminate designed to enhance and protect printed graphics while providing a vibrant, high gloss finish. The glossy surface helps intensify colors and improve the visual impact of graphics, making it ideal for display and presentation environments.
GF 100 is constructed from a 3.0 mil calendered vinyl film coated with a permanent acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive that ensures strong bonding to compatible print media. The adhesive system allows for smooth wet-out across printed graphics while maintaining clarity and image sharpness.
This laminate is supplied on a smooth 53# liner, which helps maintain consistent layflat performance and reliable handling during the lamination process. Once applied, GF 100 helps protect graphics from abrasion, moisture, and everyday handling, extending the life of the underlying print.
GF 100 is designed for application using a cold laminating process without the use of heat, making it suitable for both digital and screen printed graphics.
