Avery Dennison® DOL 1460Z Gloss Cast Laminate is a premium protective overlaminate film designed to protect digitally printed graphics while enhancing their appearance. This ultra-thin cast laminate is engineered specifically for use with Avery Dennison MPI 1105 SuperCast Series media in demanding vehicle wrap and 3D graphic applications.
This laminate features super conformable cast vinyl construction that allows it to conform smoothly over deep recesses, compound curves, and complex surfaces commonly found in vehicle wraps. The high-gloss finish enhances color depth and image vibrancy while providing a paint-like finish to printed graphics. The film also delivers abrasion and scratch resistance to protect graphics from wear and environmental exposure. A dimensionally stable synthetic liner helps reduce mottling while supporting smooth converting and consistent gloss performance. When paired with MPI SuperCast media, the laminate allows installation in deep channels without requiring primer.
