Avery Dennison® DOL 1060Z Clear Cast Laminate is a premium protective overlaminate film designed to protect digitally and screen printed graphics while providing a clear high-gloss finish. This flexible cast laminate enhances the durability and appearance of printed graphics used in vehicle graphics, signage, and floor graphic applications.

This laminate features 53 micron ultra-thin cast vinyl construction that provides excellent transparency and strong conformability to flat and irregular surfaces. The high-gloss clear finish enhances color depth and image vibrancy while protecting graphics from damage. The film delivers maximum UV protection and improves the outdoor durability of graphics printed with solvent, eco-solvent, UV-curable, and latex inks. The laminate also offers abrasion, scratch, UV, and temperature resistance, helping extend the lifespan of printed graphics in demanding environments. It also carries UL recognized slip resistance for floor graphic applications.

This laminate is commonly used as the protective overlaminate layer over digitally printed graphics and decals. When paired with Avery Dennison MPI 1105 SuperCast Series print media, it creates a complete graphic system designed for demanding applications such as vehicle graphics, fleet markings, window graphics, illuminated signage, marine graphics, floor graphics, and outdoor advertising.
