Arlon® Omni Cast Wrap Film Cast Digital Film is a premium printable cast vinyl film designed for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and architectural wall graphics. This film delivers professional-grade performance with excellent print quality and conformability for demanding wrap installations.
This film features 2 mil (50 micron) gloss white cast vinyl construction with a tinted repositionable pressure-sensitive adhesive that provides strong opacity while allowing graphics to be repositioned during installation. The material includes an air-egress liner that helps eliminate bubbles and speeds up installation. The film is engineered for excellent conformability around curves, channels, rivets, and corrugations, making it suitable for complex vehicle surfaces and moderately textured substrates. It supports eco-solvent, solvent, UV, and latex printing systems and offers up to 10 years outdoor durability (unprinted).
This film is commonly used for full and partial vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, decals, and interior or exterior wall graphics. When paired with Arlon Series 3170, 3200, 3210, 3220, 3270, or V3370 overlaminates, it creates a complete wrap system designed for enhanced durability and finish across long-term vehicle and architectural graphic applications.
