Arlon Omni Cast Wrap

Omni Cast Wrap is a 2-mil (50 micron) gloss white cast vinyl film engineered for professional-grade performance. It features a tinted, clean-removing, repositionable pressure-sensitive adhesive. The air-egress liner allows for fast, easy installations while maintaining strong initial tack and long-term adhesion. Omni Cast Wrap is designed for vehicle wraps and fleet graphics—including surfaces with rivets, corrugations, and moderate textures—as well as flat or slightly textured wall graphics. The film offers exceptional conformability around curves, contours, channels, and rivets. This f ilm is rated up to 10 years of outdoor durability (unprinted), making it a reliable choice for long-term installations.
