Arlon® DPF 8000 Ultra Tack Industrial Grade Film for Hard-to-Stick Surfaces is a printable calendared vinyl film engineered specifically for applications on difficult and low-energy surfaces where standard graphic films may struggle to adhere properly.
This material features a 3.5 mil (90 micron) high-tensile PVC face film combined with an ultra-aggressive permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive designed for maximum bonding strength on hard-to-stick substrates. The specialized adhesive system performs especially well on ABS plastics and other low surface energy materials, while maintaining dimensional stability and reliable printing performance. The satin white finish provides a consistent print surface for vibrant graphics across a wide range of digital print technologies.
This film is commonly used for industrial equipment markings, OEM labeling, off-road vehicle graphics, and graphics applied to plastics or textured surfaces where stronger adhesion is required. It performs best on flat surfaces and is also suitable for installations in colder environments where additional adhesive strength is beneficial.
