Arlon® DPF 6000RP Clear Premium Cast Pressure-Sensitive Print Film is a high-quality clear cast vinyl film designed for digitally printed graphics where transparency and durability are required.
This material features a 2 mil (50 micron) gloss clear cast vinyl construction combined with a clear permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive for reliable long-term adhesion. The premium cast face film provides excellent clarity and dimensional stability, while the special lay-flat liner improves printer handling and converting performance during production. The adhesive system is engineered to support smooth installation and consistent adhesion across a wide range of substrates, making it suitable for graphics where the underlying surface or lighting needs to remain visible. DPF 6000RP Clear offers up to 7 years of outdoor durability (unprinted).
DPF 6000RP Clear is commonly used for window graphics, second-surface signage, backlit displays, vehicle graphics, and display graphics where a transparent printable film is required. For added protection and durability, the film is often paired with compatible Arlon overlaminates such as Series 3200, 3210, 3220, or 3350 to enhance graphic longevity and finish.
