Arlon® DPF 510MTX Matte High Tack Pressure-Sensitive Print Film with X-Scape is a printable calendered vinyl film designed for short-term graphics where reliable adhesion and easy installation are important.
This material features a 3.2 mil (80 micron) calendered vinyl construction combined with a tinted, solvent-based pressure-sensitive high-tack adhesive that provides stronger bonding performance than typical water-based adhesive systems. The film also incorporates X-Scape Technology®, which uses a low-profile air-egress liner to allow trapped air to escape during installation, helping installers achieve a smooth, bubble-free finish. The matte printable surface supports excellent image quality and consistent performance across multiple digital printing platforms.
DPF 510MTX is commonly used for short-term promotional graphics, display graphics, signage, and decals applied to flat interior or exterior surfaces. It offers up to 3 years of outdoor durability (unprinted) and works well for projects where dependable adhesion and fast installation are required.
