Arlon® DPF 510GT Gloss Pressure-Sensitive Print Film is a printable monomeric vinyl film designed for short-term promotional graphics and signage where strong opacity and reliable adhesion are required.
This material features a 100 micron (approximately 3.9 mil) monomeric vinyl construction combined with a gray solvent-based permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. The gray adhesive improves opacity, helping printed graphics fully cover underlying surfaces while maintaining strong adhesion and cohesion compared to water-based adhesive systems. The film is supplied with a two-sided polycoated lay-flat liner, which improves printer feeding and helps maintain dimensional stability during printing, converting, and installation. The gloss printable surface provides excellent image clarity and color reproduction across a wide range of digital print technologies.
DPF 510GT is commonly used for short-term promotional graphics, kiosks, POP displays, retail signage, and real estate signs. It is suitable for flat interior and exterior surfaces, making it a practical option for temporary advertising, retail promotions, and display graphics with up to 3 years of outdoor durability (unprinted).
