Arlon® DPF 4500MLX Matte Intermediate Calendered Print Film with X-Scape Technology® is a printable polymeric calendered vinyl film designed for short- to medium-term signage and display graphics where easy installation and reliable durability are required.
This material features a 3 mil (75 micron) white polymeric calendered vinyl construction combined with a tinted permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive engineered to provide strong opacity and dependable adhesion. The film incorporates LX (Low Profile) X-Scape Technology®, which allows trapped air to escape through micro air channels during installation. This helps installers achieve faster, bubble-free application while maintaining enough adhesive tack for a long-term bond. The polymeric face film supports vibrant print quality and improved dimensional stability, making it suitable for a wide range of digital printing systems. DPF 4500MLX offers up to 5 years of outdoor durability (unprinted).
