Arlon® DPF 2400XLP Reflective Vinyl Film is a printable reflective vinyl film designed for vehicle graphics, fleet markings, and safety applications where high visibility and durability are required.
This material features a 5 mil (125 micron) reflective vinyl construction combined with a tinted repositionable permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive that provides strong adhesion while allowing installers to reposition the graphic during installation. The film incorporates X-Scape Technology®, which creates air-egress channels that help release trapped air and allow for faster, bubble-free installations. The reflective face film is engineered to provide excellent elongation and conformability, allowing the material to perform well on both flat and moderately irregular surfaces while maintaining strong reflectivity.
DPF 2400XLP is commonly used for fleet graphics, vehicle markings, safety graphics, and reflective signage where visibility is important both during the day and at night. The reflective construction produces bright graphics in daylight and high visibility under headlights or other light sources in low-light conditions. For best performance, the material is typically installed using dry application methods.
