SciGrip® Weld-On® #3 Adhesive is a fast-setting solvent cement designed for bonding acrylic and similar plastics in fabrication applications requiring clean, seamless joints. This water-thin adhesive is commonly used for signage, POP displays, and plastic assembly where speed and precision are critical.
This material features a water-thin solvent cement formulation that utilizes capillary action to penetrate tight-fitting joints, creating clear, nearly invisible bonds within seconds. Its very fast setting time allows for rapid assembly, while strength continues to develop over several hours. Weld-On® 3 is formulated to minimize handling time and is non-flammable, making it easy to use in production environments. It is well suited for bonding cast and extruded acrylic, as well as compatible thermoplastics such as polycarbonate.
