UltraBoard® Classic Display Panel is a rigid foamboard panel designed for signage, mounting, and fabrication applications requiring durability and versatility. This structural panel is commonly used for displays, photo mounting, and routed graphics where a strong, smooth surface is important.
This material features a polystyrene foam core faced on both sides with solid polystyrene sheets, creating a fully plastic panel with enhanced rigidity and moisture resistance compared to paper-faced foamboard. The permanently bonded construction provides excellent dimensional stability, while the smooth surface supports a wide range of finishing methods including painting, screen printing, photo mounting, and vinyl application. The material is lightweight yet strong, and can be easily cut, routed, and shaped for custom fabrication.
