48" x 50 Yards ORACAL® 6510-037 Orange Fluorescent Cast Vinyl is a high-visibility specialty film designed for short-term graphics where maximum visual impact is important. This film is commonly used for vehicle advertising, POP displays, labels, decals, and retail signage where bright color and daytime visibility are critical.
This material features a 4 mil fluorescent cast PVC construction with a gloss orange fluorescent finish (037) and a clear solvent-based permanent adhesive, allowing it to conform more easily than standard calendered films while maintaining strong adhesion on a wide range of surfaces. ORACAL® 6510 is specifically designed for high visibility in daylight, twilight, and poor visibility conditions, which is what makes it useful for attention-grabbing promotional graphics rather than long-term architectural or fleet applications. It uses an 84# silicone-coated paper liner for clean handling and weeding. Outdoor durability for the 6510 line is generally about 1 year, but orange fluorescent is one of the shorter-life colors at about 6 months before fluorescent properties begin to fade, so this should be treated as a short-term impact film.
