ORAJET® 3165RA Calendered Print Film with RapidAir® is a versatile printable vinyl designed for short- to medium-term signage and graphic applications requiring easier installation and reliable outdoor performance. This film is commonly used for general signage, decals, and wall graphics where bubble-free application and consistent print quality are important.
This material features a 4 mil blended calendered PVC construction with a grey solvent-based permanent adhesive utilizing RAPIDAIR® air-egress technology, allowing for faster, bubble-free installation and easier repositioning during application. The grey adhesive provides strong opacity for use over darker surfaces, while maintaining compatibility with latex, solvent, eco-solvent, and UV printing. ORAJET® 3165RA is designed for flat surfaces and delivers up to 5 years outdoor durability (unprinted) with stable performance across a range of indoor and outdoor environments.
ORAJET® 3165RA is commonly used for medium-term signage, window graphics, decals, wall murals, and floor graphics when paired with ORAGUARD® 250AS, and can also be combined with ORAGUARD® 210 or 215 laminates to enhance durability and extend outdoor performance. This film is not intended for vehicle or trailer wrapping applications.
