ORAJET® 3105HT High-Tack Calendered Print Film is a high-performance printable vinyl designed for long-term signage and graphic applications on difficult-to-adhere surfaces. This film is commonly used for markings, decals, and graphics where strong initial adhesion and durability are required, especially on low-energy plastics.
This material features a 4 mil calendered PVC construction with a grey solvent-based permanent high-tack adhesive, engineered to bond to hard-to-stick substrates such as polyethylene and polypropylene. The high initial tack and strong final adhesion provide reliable performance on smooth or slightly textured flat surfaces, while maintaining compatibility with solvent, eco-solvent, latex, and UV printing. ORAJET® 3105HT delivers excellent weather resistance and long-term outdoor durability, and is UL certified for UL 969 marking and labeling systems and CSA C22.2 No. 0.15 adhesive labels, supporting use in regulated labeling applications.
ORAJET® 3105HT is commonly used for equipment graphics, industrial labeling, decals, and long-term signage on low-energy plastics such as kayaks, ATVs, coolers, and other hard-to-bond surfaces where standard vinyl would not adhere effectively.
