ORAGUARD® 279 Premium PVC-Free Laminate — 54" x 50yd is a high-performance overlaminate designed for long-term protection of digitally printed graphics requiring maximum durability and conformability. This premium polyurethane laminate is commonly used for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and demanding outdoor applications where performance and longevity are critical.
This material features a 2 mil cast polyurethane (PU) construction (PVC-free) with a clear gloss or semi-gloss finish and a clear solvent-based permanent adhesive, providing superior flexibility, abrasion resistance, and long-term protection. The polyurethane construction allows the film to conform over deep curves, rivets, and complex surfaces while maintaining clarity and structural integrity. ORAGUARD® 279 delivers up to 10 years outdoor durability and offers enhanced resistance to weathering, UV exposure, and extreme environmental conditions without yellowing or cracking.
ORAGUARD® 279 is commonly used for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and long-term outdoor signage, and is specifically recommended for use with ORAJET® 3971RA + ProSlide® to maintain a fully PVC-free system and maximize durability and performance.
